How much does shipping cost?

We are happy to offer standard delivery (2-8 working days) ANY time at $ 8 anywhere in Quebec, Canada. 

Can I change my order once it has been placed?

Please send an email to info@balanceactivewear.ca as soon as possiblefor all order modifications such as a change of address or a change of size. We will do our best to accommodate your request before your order is finalized. However, we cannot guarantee any modification.

What should I do if I received the wrong item?

Unfortunately, human errors are possible. Contact us by email at info@balanceactivewear.ca and we will correct the situation.

Are you making any price adjustments (new promotion / discount on a previous purchase)? 

Unfortunately, we do not offer any price adjustment.

Is it possible to apply a discount code which I forgot to enter during the transaction? 

We cannot apply a discount code when the order is confirmed. In some cases, it is possible to redeem the discount code at a later date.

What are the washing instructions?

  • Machine washable
  • Cold water
  • No fabric softener
  • Wash with like colors
  • Do not wash with woolen clothes

What happens if my package has been stolen / lost?

We are not responsible for lost / stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly.

Manufacturing defect

Although manufacturing defects are rare, it may happen that you receive a defective piece. Please know that we guarantee the quality of our products. Contact us by email at info@balanceactivewear.ca within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will ask you to attach a photo of the defect and your order number. Each case will be treated differently and we make sure to provide you with the best possible service. 

Our clothes are made to be washed in cold water and should be hung to dry. Pilling of the fabric is normal to some degree. It is the fibers that break. It occurs when sitting on rough surfaces or rubbing against objects. In this sense, nWe cannot guarantee the pilling of the fabric.
