Returns - items purchased at regular price

We offer 45 days following the delivery date to return a product purchased at the current price. We offer a merchandise credit on an eGift Card on items purchased on sale and / or during a promotion.

Returned items must meet the following criteria in order to be eligible for a refund:

    • Returned merchandise must not have been worn and washed. Items must be in the original packaging (poly bag with logo) and the tags must still be attached. We cannot take back damaged and / or stained items (make-up, animal substance and others).
    • The return for a refund must be made within 45 days of the date of receipt of the package (delivery date).
    • The transport costs for a return are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you use a carrier that provides a tracking number.
    • We do not reimburse shipping costs or return costs.
    • We will not be able to make the refund without respecting these conditions.
    • However, if the article contains a manufacturing defect, we undertake to make the exchange at our expense.

To complete your return request, please contact us at info@balanceactivewear.ca. Do not forget to enter your order number and mention the item (s) to be returned. We will follow up on your email with the return information. We will get back to you within 48-72 h working days.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. VPlease allow up to 10 business days for it to be processed.  Refunds are made on the same original payment method. 

Sale or discounted items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. We offer merchandise credit on an eGift Card. 

Exchanges (if applicable)

Sorry, we are unable to offer exchanges. To exchange a product of a different size or color, simply return the original order and redeem the product in the desired size or color. If you purchased a product at a reduced price and the item you wish to "trade in" is now sold at a higher price, contact customer service at info@balanceactivewear.ca. We will apply our policy for the price guarantee.
