Our size chart serves as a general guideline for helping you find the right fit by using your measurements. In general, all of our styles run true to size. 

PS Our fit + sizing recommendations for each piece are written on the individual product descriptions. Be sure to skim that info before adding to cart.

Can I make adjustments to my order after it's been placed?

We can't make any promises, but we'll give it our best shot. Email us ASAP at info@balanceactivewear.ca for any changes regarding size, color, style or shipping address. Unfortunately, we can't add items to your order after it's already been placed.

All sale items are non-refundable and are not eligible for exchange.

How much does shipping cost within Canada?

All domestic orders over $150 ship for free. Anything under that – it's $10. 

Wear and care:

  • Wash your pieces in cold water
  • Lay flat to dry
  • Do not use fabric softener
  • Wash with like colors
  • Do not wash with woolen clothes
  • Don't pull on any loose threads

My order says delivered but I never received it.

Please double check that the shipping address you used matches your location. If so, check with your neighbors to make sure someone near you didn't receive your package by mistake. Should you have any questions or need further assistance, please email info@balanceactivewear.ca. We are not responsible for stolen/lost packages. We will do our best to help you.

Manufacturing defect

Although manufacturing defects are rare, it can happen that you receive a faulty piece. Know that we guarantee the quality of our products. Contact us by email at info@balanceactivewear.ca within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will ask you to attach a photo of the defect and your order number. Each case will be treated differently and we make sure to offer you the best possible service.

Our clothes are made to be washed in cold water and should be hung up to dry. Pilling of fabric is normal to some degree. It is the fibers that break. It occurs when you sit on rough surfaces or rub against objects. In this sense, we cannot guarantee the looting of the fabric.
